Howlin' at Christmas

This Christmas was ALL about the cousins.  We ventured east with our 2 yr old daughter to Maryland to visit my sis and family.  These guys had such a great time playing together - it really made our Christmas.  Zoe, Cosi and Simon, sporting UNR Wolfpack hats (courtesy of Grandpa), are doing their best 'Werewolves of London' rendition.

For the big kids, D & J introduced us to the great board game Settlers of Catan (cross between the best parts of Risk and Monoply but much less time to play), and I received a serious lesson in humility.  It was ok that I was 0-14 (yep no wins in 14 tries..ouch) but it stung just a bit more when my wife started playing late in the vacation and promptly won 3 out of the 4 games she played.  In my usual non-competitive fashion, I came home, ordered the game and am currently recruiting Settlers players.  I'm predicting at least 1 win in 2007!
